Lead and animate a team of 8 UX/UI designers by defining objectives, staffing, and ensuring project delivery. Oversee the user experience from conception to launch while managing external service providers and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Leading the UX/UI design team and defining project objectives, priorities, and timelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and stakeholders, to drive design solutions
- Developing and maintaining design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Managing and mentoring team members, providing feedback and guidance on design work
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and design principles, and applying this knowledge to drive design innovation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a specialization in streaming, television, or digital media
- 5+ years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding team members
- Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and technologies, including Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Indesign
