- Define and deploy the global strategy for packaging equipment design, filling technologies, and innovation across Flora Food Group. Lead the development of technical standards, URS documents, and manage large-scale Capex projects from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in packaging engineering within FMCG or Food & Beverage environments. Must have a proven track record of managing Capex projects exceeding €5 million and strong stakeholder management skills.
