Develop journalistic visual identity for MTV News by creating animated data visualizations, 3D models, and graphics for TV and streaming services. Collaborate with journalists and visualists to maintain brand consistency and improve production processes.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for news and current events programs
- Work closely with journalists, visualists, and other stakeholders to develop visual content
- Design and animate 2D and 3D graphics, such as logos, icons, and infographics
- Edit and finalize visual content for broadcast
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain the visual brand of MTV Uutiset
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D programming, such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Blender
- Strong understanding of graphic design, animation, and visual effects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Finnish language
