Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to go-live within a product trio, focusing on complex system conceptualization and user-centric features. Drive the integration of AI tools into the design workflow and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire design process, from the first concept idea to go-live
- Conception and discovery, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, moderating discovery sessions, and translating complex technical and factual conditions into user-centered concepts
- User research, including planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, such as user interviews, usability tests, and in-app surveys
- Prototyping and testing, including creating prototypes at the right fidelity level, preparing and conducting usability tests
- Design system and quality, including maintaining and developing the design system, thinking systemically, and implementing consistently
Requirements
- AI-native working experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong conceptual strength
- Experience in user research, both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience with design systems, including building, maintenance, and development
- Good knowledge of Figma
- Data affinity
