Responsibilities
- Leading the development of innovative fashion products
- Conducting research and development of materials and prototypes
- Collaborating with the Art Director and internal teams to develop design concepts
- Evaluating product quality and providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in product development or R&D
- Proficiency in pattern making, garment construction, and shape development
- Strong understanding of textile materials and manufacturing processes
- Leadership and teamwork skills
