SOG Design is seeking a Design Manager (Architecture) to lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, a global outlook, and a proactive attitude, with experience in architecture and/or interior design.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers
- Allocate resources and assign team members based on project priorities
- Oversee the design process from concept through detailed design and documentation
- Ensure all deliverables meet SOG Design's quality standards, project requirements, and deadlines
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide technical and creative guidance to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design
- At least 3 years of experience leading or managing a design team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
