The Senior Product Designer transforms user needs into intuitive interfaces, managing the process from analysis and research to final design. They collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize user interfaces for software solutions
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design solutions and their impact
- Experience with Lean UX methods and agile development processes
- Knowledge of design systems for consistency and efficiency
- Familiarity with Figma and Dovetail or similar tools
