- Lead and develop a team of design engineers to create custom hardware solutions from concept through testing and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to translate requirements into cost-effective engineering designs while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of solid modeling and mechanical drawing expertise. Must have experience with robotics and instrumentation systems, along with proven leadership and customer-facing skills.
