We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer with at least 2 years of experience in UX and UI design.
Responsibilities
- Design User Flow, Wireframe, Prototype, and user interfaces for products
- Collaborate closely with the product and development teams throughout the design and implementation process
- Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Validate design decisions through data, experiments, and user feedback
- Continuously monitor user experience and provide improvement suggestions for products
- Document design decisions and participate in the development and maintenance of the Design System
Requirements
- Mastery of User-Centered Design processes
- Mastery of UI design principles, Design System, and Accessibility
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with Interaction Design and Information Architecture
- Ability to analyze product data and user behavior
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar
- Ability to design and analyze A/B tests and other user experience experiments
- Understanding of Product Management and key product indicators (KPIs)
- Problem-solving skills, systemic thinking, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end concepts is a plus
