Design Manager (Architecture)

Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with vision, budget, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams to deliver functional and buildable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design process throughout all project phases
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and design deliverables
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated designs
- Manage external architectural consultants and monitor their performance against project requirements and timelines
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, company standards, and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Master's degree is an advantage
- Professional registration or membership with a recognized architectural body is preferred
- 8-12 years of architectural design experience
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality developments
