Senior UX Designer - F/H

Define and improve user experiences for strategic client projects by conducting research, designing intuitive interfaces, and validating solutions through testing. Additionally, contribute to the growth and structuring of Atecna's internal UX design community.

Responsibilities

• Explore user needs, analyze feedback and data to clarify problems and formulate solution hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech teams, and stakeholders to understand the product context
• Design intuitive experiences and facilitate co-creation: organize co-design workshops, transform problems into user journeys, information architectures, and clear interaction flows
• Conceptualize ideas through wireframes and prototypes, integrating user feedback and technical constraints
• Validate solutions through user testing, analyze feedback, and define KPIs with teams to measure effectiveness

Requirements

• Recognized expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear, intuitive, and effective experiences
• Strong data and outcomes orientation to define relevant metrics, analyze data, and measure the impact of solutions on users and business
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in English
