The UX Designer will drive user-centered design by creating flows, interfaces, and prototypes for digital services across multiple product teams. They are responsible for the entire process from research and user testing to delivering high-quality, accessible solutions in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive user-centered design based on research, data, and insights
- Design flows, interactions, and interfaces for digital services
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts
- Conduct and interpret user tests and iterate on design
- Ensure high levels of usability and accessibility (WCAG)
- Collaborate with developers and product leaders in agile teams
- Contribute to creating a common understanding of user needs and solutions
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design in product development organizations
- Knowledge of the entire design process, from research to delivery
- Understanding of the interaction between design and development
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
- Strong user focus, as well as business and technical understanding
- Ability to collaborate, challenge, and drive improvement
