Lead a multidisciplinary design team of 12-14 specialists to deliver large-scale international greenhouse projects. Drive a strategic transformation from 2D to 3D CAD and optimize the chain from design to engineering and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic design department of 12-14 specialists
- Combine substantive coaching with the execution of a strategic change trajectory
- Help the team transition from traditional detailed calculations to flexible, material-based quote calculations and guide the transition from 2D to 3D CAD and CPQ implementation
Requirements
- Completed technical HBO or WO education, possibly supplemented with business knowledge (MBA)
- 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role within an international, project-driven engineering environment
- Experience with change and process optimization projects and multidisciplinary proposal processes
- People-oriented leadership skills
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
