Head of Design Department

You will be responsible for the strategic direction, profiling, and quality assurance of the Design Department alongside your leadership team. You will also represent the department within the university and in national and international networks while fostering interdisciplinary innovation.
Responsibilities
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Führungsteam verantworten Sie die strategische Ausrichtung, Profilierung und Qualitätssicherung des Departements
- Sie stellen ein zeitgemässes, am Berufsfeld und an zukünftigen Herausforderungen orientiertes Angebot sicher
- Sie fördern nachhaltige Kooperationen innerhalb und ausserhalb der Hochschule
Requirements
- Hochschulabschluss in einer am Departement vertretenen bzw. fachverwandten Richtung
- Aufgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung komplexer grösserer Organisationseinheiten
- Strategisch-analytischer Blick
- Konzeptionelle Vorstellungen über die Entwicklung des Departements Design
