The Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design of product features across web SaaS and mobile applications, from research to developer handoff. They will also contribute to the maintenance and application of the Concrete Design System to ensure consistency across all products.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of product features across web SaaS and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented
- Create rapid prototypes to support sales, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility best practices
- Experience working in an agile product environment
