UX Researcher & Service Designer

Lead the UX research process by gathering strategic evidence to understand user needs and behaviors. Map current processes in physical locations and design future flows to improve digital products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience research process
- Map current processes (AS-IS) directly in stores, branches, distribution centers, etc.
- Identify actors, tasks, systems, dependencies, frictions, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct contextual interviews and user observation in their work environment
- Design and execute usability tests on future proposals and flows (TO-BE)
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative information to generate findings and recommendations
- Create process maps, journeys, operational flows, and research reports
- Work with Product, Design, Technology, and Operations teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or related fields
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, or equivalent
- Knowledge of digital tools for store, branch, or distribution center management
- Ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative information
- Analytical thinking, synthesis capability, and results-oriented
- Effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder influence
