Network Design Manager, BR Transportation team

The role focuses on supporting transportation excellence through data collection, monitoring operational metrics, and executing improvement initiatives. Key duties include writing strategic documents and leading weekly stakeholder meetings to ensure operational goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders, sharing updates on task progress and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transportation and Operations to support execution of delivery excellence initiatives
- Assist in maintaining governance documentation such as meeting notes, trackers, and process records
- Contribute to the documentation and sharing of best practices within the team
- Lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to ensure operations plan goals remain on track
- Write strategic documents (e.g., narratives, PR/FAQs) that clearly communicate vision to senior leadership
Requirements
- Program or project management experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
