Senior UX Product Designer (Platform & Identity)

Design end-to-end user experiences for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and the central user portal. Develop and govern the organization's Design System to ensure a consistent and intuitive experience across all digital products.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end user experiences
- Translating complex technical processes into simple and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, Testers, and other stakeholders
- Conducting user research and validating designs with customers and end-users
- Developing and managing the Design System
- Contributing to the UX strategy and continuously improving digital products
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a UX Product Designer
- Experience with complex B2B software platforms
- Experience with setting up and managing a Design System
- Experience with complex user flows and technical applications
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and prototyping
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research
