Responsibilities
- Create data-driven design assets, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media platforms to improve digital marketing KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests and iterate designs based on user research and performance data.
Requirements
- Requires 1-3 years of experience in graphic design focused on performance creative and CRO, with at least 1 year of motion graphics experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools is essential.
