Responsibilities
- Define and evolve BetterUp's UX research vision, methodologies, and governance to ensure user insights shape product decisions. Lead strategic research programs and scale research operations while integrating AI-augmented workflows into the research practice.
Requirements
- Requires over 12 years of experience in UX research, including at least 6 years at a senior or staff level. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in diverse research methodologies and a track record of influencing organizational product strategy.
