- Propose innovative design solutions that align with brand identity
- Manage project progress, allocate work tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate design ideas to non-design stakeholders, balancing creative expression with business needs
- Capture the aesthetic preferences and usage habits of the brand's target audience, adjusting design strategies based on audience and market feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Interior & Architect Design, or related majors
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in brand design team or design agency
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong stress resistance and adaptability, able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
