Agoda is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. As a Product Designer at Agoda, you will be responsible for designing products that deliver exceptional quality and usability. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to unravel customer challenges and shape workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Designing products for Agoda involves understanding and integrating diverse consumer needs, behaviors, and expectations
- Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- Presenting work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
- Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
- Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design
- Being a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design
- Ability to work alongside design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops
- Ability to craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys
- Ability to think and craft at a system level
- Soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
