Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the 'Cornerstone' design system, creating the visual and interaction foundation for AI-driven construction workflows. Collaborate with engineering to ship production-ready components and define governance, documentation, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of owning design systems in multi-product environments. Must demonstrate mastery of Figma and a strong ability to partner with frontend engineers to implement production-grade systems.
