The role involves mapping user journeys, conducting discovery activities, and creating wireframes and prototypes to support product development. The designer will collaborate with POs and PMs to ensure visual consistency and a high-quality user experience aligned with guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Map, review, and detail user journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to product needs
- Conduct discovery activities, requirement alignment, and flow definition
- Perform user research, interviews, usability testing, and hypothesis validation
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and artifacts to support product development
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency with Banco do Brasil guidelines
- Collaborate with product owners to clarify needs, validate solutions, and structure user stories
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX designer in digital products
- Expertise in constructing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and functional UX specifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear user-centered solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Office tools
