Staff Designer - Design Systems

Establish and lead the 'Cornerstone' design system, creating the visual and interaction foundation for AI-driven product experiences. Collaborate with engineering leadership to design, ship, and document production-ready components and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine Cornerstone's core building blocks, components, patterns, and tokens
- Set a multi-year direction for the design system and create a roadmap
- Design, prototype, and ship production-ready components
- Define contribution, governance, and deprecation processes for the design system
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Meaningful ownership of a design system across a multi-product environment
- Strong command of component architecture, design tokens, and system adoption
- Experience working with frontend engineers to ship production-grade systems
