Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows
- Influence product roadmaps by identifying design opportunities and synthesizing user research
- Define and refine design standards and drive adoption across teams
- Synthesize conflicting data to inform customer experience and business decisions
- Partner with engineering to ensure design feasibility and mentor designers within the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Proficiency with current accessibility standards
