The Technical Trainer leads the development and delivery of end-to-end technical training programs for internal employees and external clients. This includes collaborating with SMEs to translate design workflows into learning objectives and managing the Engineering Boot Camp program.

Responsibilities

  • The Technical Trainer leads the development and delivery of end-to-end technical training programs for internal employees and external clients. This includes collaborating with SMEs to translate design workflows into learning objectives and managing the Engineering Boot Camp program.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in protection and controls or physical substation design. An EIT certification is required, while a PE license is preferred.
