Responsibilities
- Create data-driven design assets and motion graphics for social media platforms to improve digital marketing KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B tests and iterate designs based on user research and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Requires 1-3 years of graphic design experience focused on performance creative and CRO, plus at least 1 year of motion graphics experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, along with knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
