Senior Product Designer (w/m/d/x) – UX / UI

The role involves end-to-end design of complex B2B SaaS workflows, focusing on making configuration-heavy tools intuitive and consistent. Responsibilities include continuous user validation, developing a scalable design system, and providing precise specifications to the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Validate user needs through interviews, usability tests, and prototypes
- Design complex user flows, wireframes, and scalable information architectures
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Develop and maintain a design system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs
- Participate in key strategic discussions and initiatives to enhance creative production capabilities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German and English (min. C1 level)
- Experience in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud
