You will lead the user experience vision for your squad, identifying user problems and designing intuitive, elegant solutions. Your role involves the entire design process from research and prototyping to collaborating with developers and contributing to the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Identify user problems and opportunities with Product Managers
- Design intuitive, innovative, and elegant solutions to user problems
- Apply a rigorous design process from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Collaborate with developers to ensure perfect implementation of designs
- Contribute to the Design System with other designers
- Organize user tests and interviews for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a product design team
- Excellent design and prototyping skills
- Perfect mastery of UX methodologies
- Rigorous writing and methodological skills
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative indicators to make decisions
- Capacity to document and monitor to stay up-to-date
- Ability to establish trust relationships with stakeholders, team members, and management
