The role involves the conceptualization and detailed design of complex, legally precise user flows for a web-based B2B application in the public sector. The designer will collaborate closely with the existing design team and project stakeholders to iterate on designs and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Concept and detail-design complex user flows for a web-based B2B application
- Work closely with the existing design team and project stakeholders
- Develop user-centered design solutions
- Create prototypes and test them with users
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong knowledge of smart, efficient, and visually appealing digital products for desktop and mobile
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods
- Strong knowledge of design tools, especially Figma
- Experience in finding, setting up, and iterating on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in building and developing design systems, including components, tokens, and clear handoff processes for development teams
