Applaudo is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX/UI design, information architecture, and systems thinking, with experience in designing AI-enabled or workflow-heavy enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products
- Proven experience independently leading end-to-end UX/UI design projects
- Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking
