Responsibilities
- Lead the process of investigating user experience
- Generate strategic information based on evidence
- Transform findings into recommendations for product and service design
- Collaborate with teams to develop and improve products and services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX Research, Service Design or related disciplines
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro or equivalents
- Knowledge of digital tools for store, branch or distribution center management
- Ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative information
- Strong analytical, synthesis and results-oriented skills
- Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
