Lead or support design management for commercial and government property projects throughout all design phases. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers while ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Leading and/or supporting design management for commercial and government property projects in all design stages
- Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary design teams, including architects, engineers, advisors, contractors, and client-side stakeholders
- Acting as, or supporting, the primary point of contact for clients, governments, and internal teams
- Ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and integration between disciplines
- Contributing to project governance, risk management, procurement coordination, and change management
- Supporting or leading design planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Collaborating with global technical experts to deliver innovative and sustainable property solutions
- Contributing to business development activities, including tenders, proposals, and client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Skills in design coordination, project organization, and leadership
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate within project teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Dutch and English
