- Lead the UX/UI design and execution for Life360's direct-to-consumer web surfaces, focusing on subscription flows and checkout optimization. Conduct qualitative research and synthesize behavioral data to inform design decisions and improve the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- Requires 5-8 years of UX/UI experience in eCommerce/DTC environments with a strong portfolio demonstrating research rigor. Proficiency in Figma and experience with qualitative research tools and A/B testing is essential.
