Applaudo is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise applications, creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes
- Define scalable interaction patterns and design systems for workflow-driven applications
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Deliver detailed engineering handoffs and support implementation through design QA
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products
- Proven experience independently leading end-to-end UX/UI design projects
- Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems
- Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
