Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows across the Recruiter, Hiring, and Candidate Hubs. Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and design AI-informed interfaces to improve hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows across multiple products
- Influence product roadmaps by identifying design opportunities, synthesizing user research, and advocating for customer needs
- Define and refine design standards including interaction patterns, methods, and processes
- Synthesize conflicting data from qualitative and quantitative research to inform customer experience and business decisions
- Partner with engineering to ensure design feasibility, accounting for system limitations, scaling factors, edge cases, and architectural decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience solving complex design problems with limited guidance across multiple products or a complex product suite
