Lead the creation of visual assets for digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of compelling visual assets for digital and print media
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
- Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality design output and meeting project deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or 3D design is a plus
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle tight deadlines
