Responsibilities
- Designing and shipping experiences that help customers invest with greater confidence and ease
- Taking ownership of meaningful product initiatives from discovery to launch
- Using customer research, behavioral insights, and data to shape better product decisions
- Contributing to the evolution of Stake's design system
- Building strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Brand
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products across web and mobile
- Ability to solve complex customer problems with simple, elegant solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Curiosity about customer behavior and use of research, data, and experimentation to guide thinking
- Attention to detail and ability to balance craft with speed
