The Product Designer will handle the entire design process from user need analysis and UX workshops to creating wireframes and dynamic prototypes. They will collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to improve financial business products and CRM evolution within an Agile framework.

- Participate in all stages of the design process
- Conduct user research and create user personas
- Design wireframes and prototypes
- Test and iterate on designs
- Collaborate with developers and product owners
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI methods
- Experience with Figma
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
