Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the user experience vision within their squad, managing the entire design process from research to prototyping and measurement. They will collaborate with developers and other designers to maintain the Design System and improve overall user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design system and design critiques
- Participate in the development of the product design process
- Collaborate with developers to ensure perfect implementation of designs
- Conduct user tests and interviews to improve the product
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product design
- Excellent conception and prototyping skills
- Perfect mastery of UX methodologies
- Rigorous writing and methodological skills
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative indicators to make decisions
- Capacity to document and monitor trends to stay up-to-date
