Lead user research and end-to-end experience design for a GenAI-based web interface. Maintain and evolve the design system while collaborating with international business and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (discovery, interviews, benchmarking, and ideation workshops)
- Design the complete experience (onboarding, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma)
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system, ensuring visual consistency
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to project stakeholders in English
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in web applications (Senior level)
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to lead workshops, user interviews, and work independently
- Fluent English (B1/B2) for presenting designs and communicating effectively with the team
