Airwallex is seeking a Product Designer to support and shape the evolution of their products, working cross-functionally to ensure consistency and contribute to the brand and product architecture. The company is a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses, empowering over 250,000 businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
- Indirectly lead the work of a team of talented designers, product managers and engineers as the defacto creative director of innovative projects
- Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams; show strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills and craft
- Ability to define direction and process, and lead others through it
- Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for the audience
