- Lead and mentor the Switchboard Design team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective designs. Oversee end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with production and procurement to ensure manufacturability.
Requirements
- Requires 8-10 years of experience in LV Switchboards and 3-5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams. A degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
