- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in customer interviews and analyze user logs and metrics
- Receive and provide feedback with CPO, design team leads, and other designers
- Support the development of design tools and resources, including AI-powered tools
Requirements
- Experience defining and solving company-level design problems
- High design bar and experience realizing it in an organization
- Ability to establish and maintain high craft standards
- Influence and persuasion skills
- Experience building and maintaining design principles, systems, reviews, and career ladders
