Full-time Lead

The Lead UX Designer will lead user research and design the end-to-end user journey, from wireframes to final interfaces, while developing the Safran Design System. They will collaborate with Product Owners and developers in an agile environment to ensure product quality and promote a design culture within the IT department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conception of UX/UI design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the development of the Design System
  • Animate the culture of Design
  • Participate in the integration of AI uses in design

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design
  • Strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with complex systems or financial services
  • Mastery of Design Systems
  • User research
  • Co-creation
  • UI design
  • Ergonomics
  • Accessibility
  • French and English language skills
