Product Designer / プロダクトデザイナー

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and improve UI/UX for native apps, mini-apps, and PC trading sites. Conduct user research and numerical analysis to deliver new securities product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to create new features and improve the UI/UX of existing features
• Take on a variety of challenges to deliver new securities product experiences to users
• Responsible for the total UI/UX design for PayPay securities native apps, PayPay securities mini-apps, PC trading sites, and management tools
• UX flow and UI design based on concept and design system
• Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews
• Analysis and improvement proposals using numerical analysis tools

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design experience
• Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma and Adobe
• Japanese language skills (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 and above)
• Experience in Product Design in the Financial domain (preferred)
• Practical experience in design utilizing HCD (Human-Centered Design) and design thinking (preferred)
• Experience in in-house service operation (preferred)
