Own the design of major product initiatives from concept to launch, creating intuitive user experiences across web and mobile. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the design system and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own design for major product initiatives from concept to launch
- Turn complex product problems into intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Design end-to-end flows across acquisition, onboarding, payments, gameplay, rewards, and retention
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmap priorities and ship quickly
- Create wireframes, polished UI, prototypes, and production-ready specs in Figma
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and high visual craft
- Experience designing for web and iOS
- Product judgment and user-centered design instincts
- Interaction design and systems thinking skills
- Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping
