Lead the complete redesign of an international ERP, from defining the MVP and product vision to creating a seamless user experience across all modules. Conduct user research and workshops to translate business needs into high-value features, flows, and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define the MVP and structure the product roadmap
- Conduct user interviews and analyze usage patterns
- Design the user experience and interface (UX/UI)
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Animate workshops and align teams
- Prioritize and facilitate decision-making
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Proven track record of working on complex products such as ERP systems
- Bilingual in English and French
- Solid expertise in UX/UI design, including user research, prototyping, and design systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
