The Junior Product Designer will lead user research, co-creation workshops, and the design of digital product journeys from wireframes to prototypes. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI agents and functional specifications into the final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design phases of digital products or user experiences
- Understand user needs and contribute to defining a Product Design approach
- Conduct user research: interviews, studies, tests, and identification of needs and improvement opportunities
- Participate in co-design and ideation workshops with teams and clients via Design Thinking and innovative tools
Requirements
- Recent graduate of a design school
- Mastering the fundamentals of Product Design, Design Thinking, and human-centered design
- Knowledge of agility principles, user experience, and digital transformation
- Ability to perform key Product Designer activities: user research, user journey, wireframing, mockup, and prototyping
